1. How long does shipping take? → USA: 7–14 days (95% arrive in 10 days or less) → International: 14–31 days depending on your country & customs We ship from multiple warehouses worldwide to keep it as fast as possible.

2. When will I get my tracking number? As soon as your order is packed (usually within 12–48 hours). You’ll get an email + it appears instantly on our “Track Your Order” page.

3. Can I track my order? Yes! Just go to premiumapex.com/pages/track-your-order and pop in your order number + email. Works 24/7.

4. What’s your return policy? 30 days from the day you receive it. Item unused with tags? We’ll give you a full refund or exchange — no restocking fee, ever. Just contact us and we’ll send a free return label (US) or easy instructions (international).

5. Who pays for return shipping? → US customers: We cover it (free return label sent instantly) → International customers: You cover the ride back, but we refund you the original shipping cost if the item is faulty or we messed up.

6. My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t get anything! First, check with neighbors or safe spots. Still missing? Hit us up within 7 days and we’ll either reship or refund you on the spot — no proof-of-theft paperwork needed.

7. Do you offer faster shipping? Yes! At checkout you can upgrade to Express (3–7 days worldwide) for a few extra bucks if you’re in a rush.

8. Are your products authentic / good quality? We design or hand-pick every single item ourselves. Same factories and materials the big brands use — we just skip the 500% markup and famous logo.

9. What payment methods do you accept? Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (buy now, pay later), and Shop Pay installments.

10. Is my payment info safe? 100%. We use Shopify’s bank-level encryption — same as Amazon. We never see or store your card details.

11. Do you ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO? Yes, no problem at all.

12. Will I have to pay customs fees? → US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia: Usually no extra fees (we pre-pay most duties) → Rest of the world: Possible small customs charge on your end — depends on your country.

13. I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together? We try our best, but sometimes items ship from different warehouses. You might get 2–3 packages instead of one (still same shipping cost for you).

14. Something arrived damaged or wrong item is wrong — what now? Send us a quick photo within 7 days and we’ll ship a replacement the same day (or refund if you prefer). Zero hassle.
